These shutters are typically used for fire protection in commercial and residential settings, constructed to meet specific safety standards of BAL40. We have shown here some extremely larger BAL-40 Roller shutters with Manual override motors.  The manual override motor allows the roller shutter to be lowered or raised in the event of a power failure.  You can also install your own UPS - uninterruptable power supply.
